Fibromyalgia
Abstract
Fibromyalgia is a chronic widespread pain disorder affecting individuals of different age groups, sex and socio cultural background. It is estimated to affect 2-5% of western population. Fibromyalgia is a chronic non inflammatory, non-autoimmune central afferent processing disorder leading to a diffuse pain syndrome.
